Dow is now slightly above its 50 day moving average and according to the defintion of 6 phases, it is now in "Recovery" phase. With most indices still in "Bearish" mode, Dow's performance is actually quite good. One of the more resilient index for this year is the Taiwan TSEC Weighted Index.

The index went to "Recovery" phase on 21 Feb 08 and it has been able to stay in "Recovery" mode except for 17 and 18 Mar 08 where the index moved back to "Bearish" phase.
Seems like investors are positive towards the election in Taiwan.
